When can I put my baby in the Baby Carrier carry my baby on my back?

You can wear our baby carriers on your front or back. Carrying your baby on your back is possible once your baby's head is safely under control. Our TaiTai and WrapStar can even be worn on the hip.

Can I use the Baby Carrier for newborns?

Of course, you can use your baby from birth (from 3.5 kg) in the Baby Carrier carry. Our carriers are designed with a bar that gflexs with your baby and are infinitely adjustable with Velcro, which is perfect for the crouch-spread position.

Can the Baby Carrier be used by both parents?

Yes, both can use our Baby Carriers wear.

We also offer chest, hip and shoulder strap extensions for optimum comfort for every body size.

Can I use the Baby Carrier use them after a caesarean section?

You should put your child in the Baby Carrier so that you can still easily give it a kiss on the head. This is called the head-kiss height. As your little one is still very small, the hip belt is also placed over your C-section. 

And for pregnant women, our Onbu.

In a KOKADI Baby Carrier your baby sits in the optimum squat-spread position. This is the ergonomically correct carrying position in which the knees are bent at navel height.

Babies should never be carried facing away from the carrier! In addition, the ergonomically correct squat-spread position cannot be guaranteed when looking forwards.

Onbu

How can I use the Onbu carry?

With our KOKADI Onbu you can carry your baby easily, quickly and comfortably from late sitting age until the end of the carrying period, just like with a Rbackpack on your back.

In the Onbu your little one can look over mom's or dad's shoulder and be part of the action at eye level.

You have to adjust the Onbu on the bar - thanks to the hourglass shape of the Baby Carrier the length of the back panel adapts to the size of the child.

The Onbu is ideal for pregnant women or carriers who are sensitive around the tummy, as it does not require a hip belt.

When can I start wearing the Onbu carry?

With the Onbu you can carry your child from a late sitting age. The child carrier is particularly lightweight and has thick padded shoulder straps. It also has a chest strap for optimum weight distribution.

I am pregnant. How can I still carry my child?

Are you pregnant and still want to carry? Perfect!
For you we have our KOKADI Onbu. It is a back carrier without a hip belt. So nothing presses uncomfortably on your stomach.


Baby Wrap

What advantages does the Baby Wrap?

The KOKADI Baby Wrap for babies is wonderfully soft and can be used to carry your baby right from birth. Our jacquard woven baby slings are pure luxury and impress with their design and extra cuddle factor. With Baby Wraps babies can be carried in front of the tummy, on the back or on the hips. 

There is a wide variety of tying methods with the Baby Wrap and therefore many possibilities to find a comfortable carrying position for the baby and yourself.

Can I use the Baby Wrap for newborns?

Yes, immediately after birth.

Which sling size is suitable for me?

Which size is right for you depends on the way the sling is tied and also on your size and build. Here you can find our size chart.


RingSling

What is the RingSling?

The KOKADI RingSling is a short Baby Wrapthat is threaded through two rings and then tightened. It's perfect for when you're on the go as it's super easy and quick to put on and fits in almost any handbag! The RingSling does not have to be tied every time.

Can I use the RingSling for newborns?

The RingSling can be used from birth.

Can the RingSling be used by both parents?

Of course, the RingSling is approx. 1.90m long and therefore fits everyone.

What is the Flip Performance Air?

The sporty version of the KOKADI Flip with pleasant air circulation! This is thanks to the breathable mesh under the shoulder straps and hip belt. This version also offers visible ventilation on your little one's back. The backs of the knees are padded and reliably absorb shocks. This means your child can enjoy a comfortable fit even on warm days.
